Refund and Exchange

Return/Exchange Policy

a. Wrong Size/ Design is not suitable for you

You can return the item if you have bought the wrong size, however, you are liable for the postage charges. 

Please note that if the design does not suit you upon trying, exchanging of design is not allowed. 

*You may only exchange once*


Out of stock:

a. We would like to apologize if the item you purchased happens to be out of stock or unavailable due to manufacturing defects/ wrong inventory count. 

b. You can opt for another item/ full refund (will be within 2-3 working days) or  store credits back to you.


Wrong item sent: 

a. We sincerely apologize if we have mailed the wrong item to you.

b. A 1 to 1 exchange will be arranged as soon as possible. A meeting point will be arranged.

*Please note that no exchange will be done if the tag is not intact, washed/worn and without the clothing's plastic.


Steps for Exchange:

2. Please snap a photo(if any) or tell us what is the defect of your item.
3. Once we view your request, we will get back to you.
4. You have to fill up a slip of the paper with your signature. (This is to ensure you acknowledge the exchange item). 
5. Once we received the parcel, we will proceed with the exchang.

Steps for Refund:

2. Write in to us with the reason why you would like to refund.
3. Once approved, do mail the item back to us. *In the events if your items is out of stock and we do not restock anymore, you may wish to replace to another item or a full refund/store credits.
4. Once we received your parcel, Do give us 1-2 working days to proceed with your refund.
